We are seeking an experienced Lead QC Inspector to oversee quality control activities related to OCTG products and premium connections. This role ensures that all inspection, gauging, and manufacturing processes meet company and client specifications, while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
The position also supports domestic and international logistics coordination, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient cross-border material movement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise QC inspections for OCTG and premium connection products
- Perform and oversee gauging, dimensional inspections, and compliance checks
- Monitor and audit manufacturing processes for adherence to procedures
- Review inspection reports, NCRs, and deviation waivers for engineering approvals
- Coordinate logistics, staging, and load-out operations (domestic & international)
- Support shipment readiness and documentation for cross-border movements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales/Operations
- Train and mentor junior inspectors
- Maintain detailed inspection records per industry standards
- Promote strong HSE culture and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of OCTG inspection experience
- Strong knowledge of threading, premium connections, and connection integrity
- Familiarity with API, ISO, DS-1 standards
- Experience with logistics and load-out operations
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, MTRs, and process documents
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Experience with advanced NDT (PAUT, SEA)
- Experience with inspection tools & digital reporting systems
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks or CAD
- Lean / Continuous Improvement exposure
