Enventure Global Technology is seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Senior Sales Director to lead strategic sales growth initiatives across Americas. This role is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue and profitability, introducing new technologies to market, and building strong customer relationships across operators and service companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Drive market adoption of new technologies and expandable solutions
- Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct technical presentations, customer workshops, and information sessions
- Ensure timely billing, collections, and commercial compliance
- Maintain accurate commercial activity and forecasting within the company CRM platform
- Develop tactical account plans for key customers and target markets
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
- Travel as required to support customer and business needs
- Verify technical details to ensure customer success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the oil & gas industry, preferable with downhole tools
- Prior experience leading and managing teams, preferably in a sales environment
- Strong understanding of revenue, profitability, budgeting, and commercial drivers
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred Experience
- Experience with a service company or operator in a technical or leadership role
- Knowledge of expandable liner systems and downhole completions
- Understanding of the completions value chain
- Experience introducing new technologies to market
- Strong oil & gas industry network
